2. You must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Your entry must be received by midnight on September 30, 2008.
4. Limit: one entry per person. Submission of duplicate entries by the same person will result in their disqualification.
5. Employees (and their families) of Think Tank Photo, Bourne Media Group, Apple, and Aperture Workshop Contest sponsors are not eligible.
6. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prize packages are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. No purchase necessary to enter.
8. The winner will be required to provide identification.
9. The winner will be notified via the submitted email address and will have 5 days from notification to redeem the prize.
10. Winner’s right to the prize is nontransferable and non-saleable.
11. By participating in the drawing, each Entrant agrees to release Think Tank Photo from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the drawing.
